All surfers must be a Nssa HI/Nssa member before you will be eligible to surf in any contests

1. MUST BE A FULL FARE TICKET (NO MILEAGE OR BUDDY PASSES)

2. PHONE NUMBER TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT YOU IF NEEDED

3. NAME OF NSSA HI SURFER (WHICH MUST BE THE SAME AS THE TICKET)

4. DATE OF DEPARTURE TO MAUI

5. CONFIRMATION CODE

Contest #3 has been POSTPONED!  Due to Hurricane & Tropical Storm heading towards the islands
We do NOT have Aug. 16-17 as our alternate dates.  Those dates have been filled for a different Event.  So we will be working on New Alternate Dates!  We will update the blog when we get
New Alertnate Dates!  
If you have reservations at the Pioneer Inn please make sure you cancel before 6:00pm on Wednesday Aug.6
