Deadline date for the Nssa Hawaii Board Bag Waiver On Hawaiian Airlines.

Due THURSDAY MAY 15th by 8:00am 

Due FRIDAY JUNE 13th by 8:00am

These are the dates Hawaiian Airlines requires us to have board waivers into them.

2. Confirmation Code

3. First and Last Name

4. Date of Departure

5. Date of Return

         Must be a full fare ticket to receive board waiver
