THIS IS ONLY FOR THE NSSA HI WHO EMAILED ALL THE INFORMATION REQUIRED
FOR THE SURFBOARD BAG WAIVER LIST

Please:

1. Check in @ ticket agent counter saying you have a surfboard bag waiver thru NSSA Hawaii.

2. Give them your confirmation code (as the waiver is attached to that piece of info).

3. Competitors are allowed one surfboard bag with 2 surfboards per waiver.

4. If you have a round trip ticket, repeat above procedure.

Have fun & rip!!! Bring it home for Hawaii!

5/20-Monday
5/31-Friday

Info Needed:

1. Name as appears on ticket
2. Departure date
3. Confirmation code

Surfboard Bag Waiver Restrictions:

1. One surfboard bag with 2 surfboards allowed per competitor...

2. Full fare tickets eligible only! (No mileage, buddy fares, or K fares).

3. Hawaiian Airlines policy to process these board bag waivers is 2 weeks prior to departure-meaning “waivers may not be processed if departure date is within the 2 weeks following the “turn-in” date.
